I. Assessment

After the client schedules the service, a care assessment needs to be conducted one week in advance.
Fill out the assessment form and the list of items to be brought, which require the signature of the client and Stylux.

Assess the site and the number of service items.

Clearly inform the customer about the items that can be handled at home and the items that need to be returned to the repair center.

Create an order, confirm the package, and arrange payment.

Schedule the service time and inform the total duration. Bring back the items that need to be repaired at the repair center, which should be returned during the next in-home care visit. Provide the customer with (service details sheet), (service process sheet), (service assessment sheet), and (electronic contract).

II. In-home Care

Proceed with the in-home care at the scheduled time, and the order of care is bags, belts, shoes, and coats. If waterproofing is required, it will be done as the last step.

Verify the items.

Explain the steps to the customer while operating.

Simultaneously fill out the leather goods record.

After the service, the customer needs to confirm and sign off.

When leaving, the items must be arranged in front of the customer and checked.

III. Repair Center Care Details

For premium customers, the total duration at the repair center is around 7 days. In case of special circumstances, it can be extended up to 15 days. There is no additional charge for all the items returned to the repair center.
